Position: Pega Developer PCSA II (MUST be a US Citizen)

Security Requirement: This program requires a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance. The selected candidate shall not start work until authorization and first day logistics are provided by the Program .

Location: Remote/ U.S. East Coast (East Coast Time Zone) At direction of mgmt.

Description/Responsibilities:

Anakim Consulting is seeking Pega Developer PCSA t o support our government customers modernization of processes and applications through scaled Agile development and process improvement within a quickly growing enterprise case management implementation on the Pega platform. Only U.S. citizens will be considered.

Position Requirements
Description of Assignment:

The Pega developer will leverage their expertise in the Pega platform and best practices to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. They will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into efficient and user-friendly software solutions, ensuring project success throughout the entire development lifecycle .

Resource Skillset should include:

Active IRS MBI clearance preferable

Pega Certified Solution Architect (PCSA)

Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar.

1 to 3 years' experience and a bachelor's degree or above preferred ( Note: Bachelor's degree waived with 4 additional years of experience )

Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.

Excellent time management.

Ability to work remotely and securely.

Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.

Effectively communicates technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Actively listens and asks clarifying questions to ensure understanding of business requirements.

Works effectively within a team environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn from senior developers.

Provides and receives constructive feedback in a professional manner.

Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and stay up to date with the latest Pega features and best practices.

Takes initiative to seek out learning opportunities, such as attending training sessions or online resources.

Approaches challenges with a methodical and analytical mindset.

Proactively identifies and resolves issues during development.

Manages time effectively to meet deadlines and project milestones.

Maintains clear and concise documentation to ensure code maintainability.

Working knowledge of Pega 8 or higher.

Basic understanding of Java and/or JavaScript.

Familiarity with SQL concepts for data manipulation.
