Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, train, and energize a team of relocation specialists, packing pros, and administrative stars.
- Build a collaborative and enthusiastic team culture that makes work a joy.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, inspire greatness, and support professional growth.
- Operations Oversight:
- Take charge of daily operations, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine while delivering top-notch, compassionate service.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge procedures and protocols to keep us ahead of the game and keep our clients smiling.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and partners to tackle every aspect of client transitions with flair.
- Client Relations:
- Be the go-to person for our clients, handling every concern with a smile and a solution.
- Deliver exceptional service with care and respect, turning every interaction into a memorable experience.
- Organizational Skills:
- Master the art of scheduling, logistics, and resource management to ensure we hit every deadline and exceed every expectation.
- Keep meticulous records and documentation that help us shine in performance and efficiency.

- Proven experience in operations management, especially in a service-oriented or senior care setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine empathy for senior clients and their families.

- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, hang items at or above 4 feet, pack/unpack and label boxes, climb stairs. Carry supplies, items, and moving boxes to/from vehicles, within a home or outbuilding.
