About the Job:
Serve as the primary point of contact with internal team members, senior management, clients, and third parties, always using active listening skills and clear, professional delivery.
Manage complex calendars and coordinate meeting schedules for senior executives, balancing multiple priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
Prepare technology and materials for internal and client meetings.
Maintain a strong attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
Utilize the firm's CRM system to manage contact management tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and document client information as needed.
Help manage project timelines and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clear.
Anticipate the needs of senior executives, proactively managing initiatives and ensuring smooth operations.
Assist with administrative tasks, including front desk duties, C-suite support, and coordinating office events and projects.
