Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, averaging $70,000 - $75,000 per year!As the Holiday season approaches, we want to express our gratitude for the daily sacrifices, commitment, and hard work you put in to keep our business moving.
For this reason, we are thrilled to present our HAUL-iday Pay! We are committed to recognizing your dedication and hard work and understand how difficult it can be to be away from family, especially during the holidays.Here's how it works:
HAUL-iday Pay:
An extra .05 cents per LOADED miles during this time frame.$10,000 Orientation PayWeek 1 - $1,500Week 2 - $1,200120 Day - $2,300180 Day - $5,000Dates of Eligibility:
11/5/2024 to 12/30/2024.
Must be an active driver at the time of payout on 1/3/2025 Pay:
$.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase + an extra .05 cents per LOADED miles (11/5-12/30)ORChoose 27% of line haulIncreased Weekly Minimum Pay:
30 days - 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years+ = $1,300!Additional advantages:
