Cybersecurity Lead - CS BOS Contingent

• ARETUM, a reputable government contracting company, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Lead to join our team as part of the CS BOS (Cybersecurity Business Operations System) initiative.
As the Cybersecurity Lead at ARETUM, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures for our government clients.

Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures for government clients.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and prioritize potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Manage and oversee a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the effective delivery of services.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity and provide guidance and recommendations to clients.
Participate in incident response activities and lead incident investigations and remediation efforts.
Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs to educate employees and clients on cybersecurity best practices.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance cybersecurity capabilities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and procedures.
Requirements At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on policy development, risk management, and incident response.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
Experience leading and managing a team of cybersecurity professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Government contracting experience is a plus.
