Customer Service/Scheduler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Scheduler to join our dynamic team at Ford's Hometown Services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service and scheduling departments. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing appointments, and coordinating with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Not a remote position, in-house position.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction :
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and needs with professionalism and courtesy.
Scheduling Management :
Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules for service appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely service delivery.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with various departments, including sales and technicians, to ensure seamless service provision and customer satisfaction.
Problem Resolution :
Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating them appropriately when necessary.
Administrative Support :
Assist with customer setups in CRM systems and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Flexibility :
Availability to work longer hours during peak seasons, including weekends, when necessary.
