Custom Services Solutions, Implementation Project Manager Expert

Overview

Project managers play an important and multi-faceted role in driving profitable growth for the Americas Region of Keysight Global Services. As part of the Custom Service Solutions team, they work with sales, marketing, solution architects, delivery management, and the Customer Contact Center. They provide technical input to proposals, plan the implementation of custom service solutions, and assist in driving customer success.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
Develop unsolicited proposals, responses to RFP/RFQ/RFIs, and Statements of Work for custom service solutions (Programs).
Create Program implementation plans and service delivery reference guides upon award of complex solutions.
Facilitate communication with delivery and renewal sales to ensure customer business objectives and Program commitments are being met.
Drive the investigation and resolution of both internal and external customer issues throughout the life of assigned Programs.

Qualifications

Required Skills:
B.S. degree or higher
Critical thinking, ability to identify missing, contradictory, or redundant information
Ability to lead cross-functional projects
Ability to work with large spreadsheets
Program Management aptitude and experience (certification preferred, but not required)
Excellent written communication skills
8+ years of proven experience in the above skills
Applicants will be asked to complete and/or provide relevant work samples
Desired Skills:

Familiarity with Keysight's (or Test and Measurement in general) instrument portfolio and service offerings, as well as metrology and/or repair and calibration services.

Pay Range:
USD $106,130.00 - USD $176,880.00 Year

The level of this role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills; most offers will be be between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary range listed.
