Responsibilities:

1. Order Coordination:
   Be the point person for all to-go and curbside orders, managing the process from start to finish.
   Receive and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for pick-up or delivery.
2. Personalized Service:
   Provide friendly and attentive service to guests during the order pick-up process.
   Greet customers warmly, answer any questions they may have, and offer recommendations or suggestions based on their preferences, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience.
3. Efficiency and Timeliness:
   Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are prepared promptly and delivered to the appropriate pick-up area or designated curbside spot.
   Maintain a well-organized workstation to facilitate quick and accurate order assembly.
4. Quality Assurance:
   Double-check orders for accuracy, ensuring that all items are included and properly packaged.
   Take ownership of the quality and presentation of each order, upholding our high standards of taste and visual appeal, even for takeout and curbside service.
5. Guest Engagement:
   Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests picking up their orders.
   Engage in pleasant conversation, offer a sincere thank you, and provide any necessary assistance to ensure a positive and memorable interaction.

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred, but a passion for delivering exceptional service is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests and provide a personalized experience, even in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism during busy periods.
