Introducing an exciting opportunity to join Hartford HealthCare s highly respected, innovative and supportive primary care team in Connecticut, where patient-centered care is prioritized within a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Position details:

Role: Outpatient Primary Care Physician
Location: Windham, CT
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only, 4-day work weeks offered
Teaching: optional with faculty appointment
Phone Call Only: average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight 2 months
Guarantee range: $250,000 - $345,000
J-1 Waiver Option: Conrad-30 approved location for 2026 applicants
