We invite you to join our newest team at the Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation - RN Charge Nurse Part-Time 3p-11p What You'll Do:
As a RN Charge Nurse , you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications of a RN Charge Nurse include:
Valid state nursing license Advanced degree or certification preferred Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - We Hire for Heart National Health Care Associates (National) is proud to be a family-run organization since 1984.
