Your Role as a Lead Dentist at Affinity:
As a Lead Dentist, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of patient care at Affinity. You will:
Oversee the clinical performance of the practice while maintaining a strong patient focus
Conduct comprehensive exams, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on oral health
Lead a team of dental professionals, mentoring and guiding their growth
Collaborate with a network of specialists to provide comprehensive care
Be a key decision-maker in patient care protocols and practice development
We're Looking For:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
5+ year of experience in dental practice, with leadership or management experience preferred
Valid NY state dentistry license
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong clinical skills paired with a passion for leadership and patient care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
Connecting with Affinity means:
Compensation : 30-35% of collections at 98% collection rate, with leadership incentives
