The pay range is $102,000.00 - $204,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. You run a profitable growth business that has one purpose: to help all families discover the joy of everyday life. You lead a sales force of experts, advocates, and consultants that discover guests' needs and offer solutions to earn their loyalty.
As a Store Director, your responsibilities will include:
Owning your store's overall business to drive efficiency and grow sales.
Leading and creating a service culture that models, trains, and coaches behavioral expectations.
Demonstrating and promoting a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Leveraging reports to understand the business and make decisions.
Leading a culture of financial accountability and managing payroll and hourly overtime guidance.
Understanding sales trends and contributing to total store profitability.
Building relationships within the store's community.
Leading an efficient operation to fund future growth.
Creating and leading a safety advocacy culture.
Addressing store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.).
Cultivating a guest-centric and engaged team:
Creating and leading the scheduling process.
Leading a talent culture through the development of leaders.
Driving a guest-obsessed culture that balances in-store and digital guest experiences.
Recruiting, hiring, and retaining a passionate team.
Leading an open-door culture for quick issue resolution.

Four-year degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Expectations:
Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues.
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
Climb up and down ladders as needed.
Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds.
Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
Flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
