Key Responsibilities

Provide estate planning, business formation, and asset protection services to Legacy Assurance Plan clients
Deliver compassionate and knowledgeable legal counsel that aligns with our commitment to client peace of mind
Collaborate with our team to support clients' needs through an efficient, client-centered approach

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active admission to the Massachusetts State Bar and in good standing
3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas of law
Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable
Existing private practice
Experience in Medicaid planning (preferred)
Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus)
