We're excited to welcome Company Drivers eager for Over the Road opportunities with BCB Transport, a recently integrated member of the CRST family, operating over 200 trucks dedicated to semi-dedicated freight.
Position: Solo Company Driver - 12 months of experience required
Compensation: Up to $103K per year
Miles: Average weekly miles with top performers reaching over 3000 per week
Work: Over the road driving
Home Time: Variable, typically biweekly or more depending on location
Planning: Loads are scheduled a week in advance using optimization software
Incentives: Safety bonus available
Equipment: Featuring automatic transmissions
Freight: No touch freight

Requirements:
To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Age: 23 years or older
Licensing: Valid CDL A
Experience: Minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience
