Immediate Need for a Warehouse Person to support shipping and receiving operations in our warehouse. Experience on sit down/stand up forklifts as well as loading/unloading trucks is required.
Hourly Rate: $22.00 per hour.
What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
Follow all safety guidelines and participate as a fully-empowered team member to achieve organization-wide goal of zero incidents
Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepares/stages materials for shipment, including palletizing material, addressing, stamping and shipping merchandise/materials
Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device
Verifying and recording incoming materials
Assists with cycle counting and inventory
Maintains and cleans assigned work area
What You'll Need (Qualifications):
Ability to routinely lift 25 lbs.
Capable of quality inspection of product (boxes, cartons, finished product, etc.)
Fork truck operation and material handling experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Basic knowledge of PC usage required to include basic data entry operations
