Summary
Design and delivery of the full spectrum of talent recruitment activities, from research and sourcing, through interview and offer, and all of the operational and administrative work associated with those activities. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintains content and asset library
Owns employment branding content calendar
SME in Social Media best practices and trends
Social media/digital media reporting
Media placement and execution
Collaborate with Comms on content planning, repurposing, and amplification
Partner with Employer Brand team and others as needed to develop and refine content for social
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of branding or marketing experience
At least 3 years creating content for an employment branding team
Preferred Requirements
Extensive knowledge of social platforms like Facebook, Threads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTubeUnderstanding of strategic marketing communications
Experience with brand-centric creative requirements to ensure high performing and on-brand creative output
A passion for writing
Project management skills
Social media marketing experience
Strong accountability, problem solving, and resolution skills
Flexibility to react to messaging changes
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $71,900 - $107,800 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 4, 2024.
