Responsibilities:
Collect and record routine health data, including vital signs, on assigned clients and administer state-required immunizations.
Record data and care provided on appropriate documents in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines regarding client confidentiality and privacy rights.
Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations governing registered nursing practice.
Use a computer proficiently (e.g., Microsoft Office, EHR, Internet).
Register and schedule clients according to guidelines provided in training.
Attend all assigned trainings, seminars, and conferences.
Contribute as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to travel between sites if required.
Qualifications:
RN licensure in the State of Maryland is required.
