Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of mechanical experience including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Must possess applicable certifications/license including a valid driver's license.
Proficiency in the use of handheld devices, business systems/document management database software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Willingness to travel locally between properties.

1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday
Pay | $25 - $30 per hour
Commercial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Performs preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
Conduct "face-to-face" interactions and form relationships with customers.
Utilize multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and other skills as needed to solve maintenance problems.
Complete EFS and other safety training.
