Position Description:
The

Commercial Administrative Coordinator

ensures proper flow of office procedures and supports the Commercial Project Managers staff. They maintain a positive and friendly company image. Must be self-motivated with exceptional sales skills to build a long-lasting relationship. You also must have the ability to interface with Architects, Engineers, and Contractors for the purpose of building professional relations, facilitating the sales bidding process for upcoming projects and securing new business.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support Commercial Project Managers and customer correspondence
• Commercial Sales Processes, bidding, contracts and vendor agreements
• Assist in scheduling, line locates, installation confirmations and permitting
• Assist in commercial account receivables
• Implementing and generating project reports using Excel
• Maintaining bidding platforms
• Networking and cultivating relationships
Qualifications/Skills Required:
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
• Experience in sales, construction, and commercial contracting (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Teachable with good work ethic
