Join our team as a Weekend Medical Technician II, providing valuable support to patients from the comfort of their homes.
You will work directly with a virtual healthcare provider, performing physical exams, diagnostic tests, and treatments.
Extensive training will be provided for this rewarding opportunity to deliver hospital-level healthcare in a home setting.
Weekend shifts only (4-8 per month, Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
Transport supplies to patient locations in a DispatchHealth vehicle
Adhere to strict infection prevention strategies and communicate with virtual healthcare provider
Obtain patient vital signs and assist in data collection
Conduct diagnostic tests and treatments as directed by provider
Perform point-of-care lab testing
Prepare discharge instructions and maintain equipment and vehicles
Other duties as assigned to complete patient visits
To be successful in this role, you will need EMT certification, patient-facing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to carry and lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
