Your Role:

As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in offering daily living support and services to residents, based on their individualized care plans. Our approach is characterized by kindness, professionalism, and utmost respect for our residents' dignity and privacy. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional resident care and support with daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
Responding to resident call lights with compassion and care
Ensuring residents receive appropriate meals according to their preferences and dietary restrictions
Measuring and recording vital signs as required
Reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse in Charge promptly

Qualifications:

Current CNA Certificate
A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to going above and beyond for residents
Ability to work both individually and as part of a collaborative team
A genuine love and respect for seniors
