• As a Staff Pharmacist you will:* Provide welcoming and valued customer service.
• Maintain professionalism and positive representation.
• Administer immunizations per state guidelines.
• Efficiently complete clinical services.
• Dispense medications in compliance with regulations.
• Compound medications accurately.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and drug interactions.
• Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and Interns.
• Support promotions and follow recall protocols.
• Stay informed on company promotions.
• Ensure quality assurance and controlled substance security.
• Prevent and report theft or unsafe conditions.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents.
• Cover open shifts as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate with the team.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Qualifications for this Staff Pharmacist role include:* Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or recognized foreign equivalent.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to handle confidential information.
