$34 - $38 per hour depending on experience

In-Home Support Services (IHSS) Registered Nurse (RN)

As a IHSS Registered Nurse (RN), here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:

Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments.
Evaluate and develop plan of care for patient.
Counsel and educate the patient and family in meeting healthcare/nursing and related needs.
Supervise IHSS staff.
Contribute to the effective implementation of company programs and services.
Administer skills validation tests and provide training as needed.
Provide a professional, respectful, and compassionate experience of care to all patients.

A few must-haves for our IHSS Registered Nurse (RN):

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that is active in Colorado.
CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
At least six (6) months of hands on clinical experience.
Prefer at least two (2) years of Home Care experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Willing to travel to surrounding areas
Able to work independently and provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals.
