We are seeking CNAs/Shahbaz to join our team. We offer a great ratio of staff to residents to provide Quality Care! We are reimagining Eldercare and support the core principles of the Eden Alternative and Green House project. We empower staff to be their best selves through leaving day-to-day decision making to our Residents and Care Providers. We empower our staff to embrace our mission!

The responsibilities of the Shahbazim include care of the Elders and the Elders' environment, including but not limited to cooking, laundry, and housekeeping.

Job Duties:

Recognize and respond to the needs of Elders
Promote autonomy of Elders in decision-making
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of Elder care, procedures, and documentation
Communicate with co-workers at all levels to meet the needs of Elders
Observe, monitor, and report to the Nurse any change in condition
Document observed data per organization policy
Assist Elders with personal care functions
Assist with and/or perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as outlined and assigned by the care plan and with appropriate training
Assist moving, positioning and transporting Elders into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
Assist with the application of slings, elastic bandages, binders, etc.
Prepare and serve meals, between meal, bedtime and other nutritional snacks per the posted menu and the stated preferences of the Elders
Keep all areas of the home clean, performing routine housekeeping duties
Make occupied and unoccupied beds and change bed linens
Launder clothing, linen, and other articles
Report accidents and incidents when they occur
Perform other related duties as required by the Elder

Now Hiring for:

FT, PT, PRN
12 hr. shifts - 7:00am - 7:00 pm & 7:00pm - 7:00 am
8 hr. shifts - 6:00am - 2:00pm & 2:00pm - 10:00pm
We offer $2.00 Shift Differential for Overnights and Weekends
Minimum Rate $20.00 Depending on Experience

Requirements

Active Colorado CNA License
Ability to meet physical requirements in job description with or without accommodation.
