Job Duties and Responsibilities

As we expand our 5G network and adapt to the evolving television landscape, we aim to enhance our consumer direct/omnichannel capabilities. This role will be key in driving this transformation.

Reporting to the Manager - Product Management, the Digital Product Manager will oversee web and mobile apps, as well as internal digital support tools that enable frictionless shopping experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, focusing on user experience and maintaining strong relationships with business leads.

Key relationships include Retail Wireless, DISH TV, Sling, Product Management, Engineering, Digital Marketing, and Operations.

Objectives:

Lead digital transformation initiatives using agile and lean methodologies to grow digital capabilities.

Contribute to a high-performing product team within an agile squad model.

Collaborate across teams to integrate shared experiences and align on priorities.

Drive iterative product development cycles that deliver value quickly and create strategic outcomes.

Analyze feedback and KPIs to continuously improve user experiences.

Engage with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate vision, progress, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch

Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prioritize features and functionality, and steward the engineering backlog

Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and various business teams in the development, digital products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field

Experience in product management, or business analysis within technology

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with B2B product management and/or SaaS platforms in the Communications/Media, Financial Services or Retail industry

Strong understanding of agile and lean methodologies, as well as design thinking principles

Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management

Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams

Diplomatic, relationship building and ability to influence people over whom you might not have direct authority

Executive presence and commercial acumen

Demonstrated success in both enterprise and more nimble/startup cultures

Grit, a sense of adventure, and a willingness to learn and explore

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,400.00/Year - $103,000.00/Year
