We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Marketing Manager
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work
onsite
in Fort Morgan, Colorado, and be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand awareness for
Viaero Wireless
and
Viaero Fiber Networks . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing plans and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns, alongside a deep understanding of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales, product development, and customer service) to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives
Lead creative direction from concept development through production and delivery across various marketing channels
Oversee multiple marketing projects, ensuring they stay on budget and meet deadlines
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments as needed
Keep up to date with emerging industry trends, best practices, and marketing technologies
Manage media across multiple channels, including traditional and digital advertising
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure maximum ROI
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in marketing management
Willingness to work onsite in Fort Morgan, Colorado
Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
Exceptional communication and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TEAMS, SharePoint, Chatmeter Review, Google My Business, and QuickBase
Experience in the technology industry, including CRM software, marketing research, data analysis, and response software (e.g., Momentum)
Familiarity with social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X
Experience with B2B marketing is highly preferred
