Responsibilities:

We are seeking a staffing resource for one of our clients.
The schedule for the role is 8:
30 AM 5:
00 PM, Monday through Friday.
This person will need to identify, troubleshoot, escalate and communicate technical issues and resolutions with the customer.
You will be handling day to day operational duties such as supporting Vonage, FortiGATE and other NOC operations for one of our major clients.
This is a full time opportunity with the ability to work remote from any continental US location reporting to the clients location Greenwood Village, Colorado as needed.

Qualifications:

CCNA preferred or equivalent work experience
Candidate should know Network Security including FTD, ACI, SD-WAN, and ASA
Experience with implementing various routing protocols in an MPLS Network
Familiarity with Cisco Meraki or Fortinet firewalls would be beneficial
Eager to learn and grow your skill set
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, is required
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a can-do attitude

Compensation:
$40,000/yr - $60,000/yr
