The Role
AArete is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant specializing inhealthcare payer expertise.As a Senior Consultant, you are analytical withan entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence.

You'll have an opportunity tomake an impact by solving unique business challenges, both with client andinternal projects.
You will be responsible for driving projects to success andhelping to manage a team.
Work You'll DoDrive and lead Teams to successful outcomes through:
Identifying innovative solutions through comprehensive research, dataanalytics, and insightful interviewsCrafting compelling business cases to showcase viable solutionsDelivering persuasive presentations to both clients and internal stakeholdersProviding invaluable support during the implementation phaseMentoring and guiding Analysts and Consultants to foster growth and success.Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and deliveringexceptional resultsDemonstrating a keen ability to ask incisive and probing questions to unearthunderlying issues and opportunities
Requirements
2+ years of experience with the healthcare industry, specifically on thepayer side4 + years of consulting experienceAdvances proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQLfor data analysisBachelor's degree requiredDirect client interaction, including possible travel to client locationHigh self-motivation, accountability, and encouragement toward othersExceptional independent judgmentCreative and innovativeStrong Project/Process management; Balance and prioritize competingresponsibilitiesCultural flexibility/adaptabilityDirect client interaction, including possible travel to client locationMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need foremployer sponsorship
