Your Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential daily living services and support to our residents, aligning with their individual service plans. You will embody professionalism, kindness, and respect for each resident's dignity and privacy. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional resident care, including assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene
Responding promptly to patient call lights with a compassionate approach
Understanding and ensuring resident dietary preferences and restrictions are met
Recording vital signs and reporting any notable changes to the nursing staff

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in the state of CO (active)
A proactive can-do attitude and willingness to exceed resident expectations
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
A genuine love and respect for seniors
