Someone who is has the ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities, and effectively handle a heavy workload.
Must be familiar or willing to learn Oasis documentation.

1 patient ratio; where you make a difference in our patients care with flexible assignments to fit your needsContinuing education benefits and discounted courses through Colorado Christian University and Rasmussen University.ResponsibilitiesComplete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments as assigned.Provide interventions and therapeutic treatmentEffectively communicate with other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote the coordination of patient care and planning for discharge.Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.Responsible for reporting on the condition of patient to the Rehab Director, and other appropriate staff members.Required QualificationsCurrent Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of ColoradoCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR or willing to obtain upon hire (demonstration course required)One year of PT experienceHome health care experience preferred, but not requiredPass a background check and drug test (we do to test for THC)No Covid Vaccination RequiredCompany OverviewInterim HealthCare is America's leading provider of home care, hospice and healthcare staffing.
