Key Responsibilities

Python API integration with various tools
Development and implementation of processes for improvement of the framework
In depth traceback analysis for triaging python failures
Participation in scrum team for Continuous Integration team
Work closely with multiple teams to improve overall Continuous Integration environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of Python software development experience
Solid Python, and framework development experiences (create/maintain/deploy/unit test)
Strong experience with docker/container implementation
Strong experience in API integration with various tools
Strong experience in CI/CD (Git, Gerrit)
Strong Linux experience
Strong problem solving skills
Familiarity with SQL
Very good written/verbal communication skills in English

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of being in office in Colorado Springs three days per week.

The salary range is determined by factors such as skills, location and experience: $79,000.00 - $147,000.00

Interview Process: After submitting your application, the team reviews your CV and statement of exceptional work. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 30-minute interview ("phone interview") during which a member of our team will ask some basic questions. If you clear the initial phone interview, you will enter the main process, which consists of four technical interviews:

Coding assessment in a language of your choice.
Systems design: Translate high-level requirements into a scalable, fault-tolerant service.
Systems hands-on: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session.
Project deep-dive: Present your past exceptional work to a small audience.
Meet and greet with the wider team.
Our goal is to finish the main process within one week.
We don't rely on recruiters for assessments.
