Job Overview:
A reputable law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its dynamic securities and capital markets practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on a range of transactions, including debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, and SEC compliance.
Duties:
Advise clients on securities and capital markets transactions
Manage public and private securities offerings
Ensure compliance with SEC regulations
Collaborate on governance and general corporate matters
Participate in M&A transactions as needed
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a top-tier law firm
Strong background in securities and capital markets
Team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent professional references
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active membership in the state bar
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
