Job Summary:
Professional Care Match, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our team as In-Home Caregivers in Bourne, Massachusetts. This is a part-time, hourly position with a compensation range of $18-$23 per hour. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of clients by providing quality in-home care tailored to their specific needs. Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families through consistent and reliable care
• Monitor client's health status and report any changes to supervising healthcare professionals
• Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members
Requirements:
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification from an accredited program
• Previous experience in home care or long-term care setting preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently
• Reliable transportation to and from client's homes
• Must pass thorough background check and drug screening
