About the Role:
We are seeking a
Clinician
who provides professional therapeutic services to unaccompanied minors in a shelter setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and progress of children under the care of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual and group counseling services.
Screen minors for human trafficking concerns upon arrival.
Collaborate with Case Managers and Treatment Teams for updates and progress reports.
Maintain clinical documentation, including progress notes and assessments.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Eligible for licensure as an LCSW or LPC.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools.
Additional Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
Ability to pass annual TB tests, drug screenings, and criminal history checks.
Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends.
Travel availability for emergencies as needed.
