Clinical Supervisor

Empowered Staffing is thrilled to partner with a renowned network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with more than 10 locations across 5 states. As they continue to grow, the company is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join the team in Prince Frederick, MD!
As the Clinical Supervisor, you will partner with the facility leadership team to manage the clinical team, oversee daily operations, and ensure each client receives the best possible care in a supportive, recovery-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily leadership and supervision to ensure the smooth, effective operation of the residential facility.

Support the clinical team by offering oversight, support, and professional development opportunities.

Create a warm, recovery-oriented atmosphere by actively engaging with clients, maintaining high morale, and creating an environment of encouragement.

Oversee timely and accurate client documentation, coordinating with Utilization Review as needed.

Ensure the facility is compliant with all laws and regulations.

Requirements:
Master's degree in a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in a hospital or residential setting working with clients dealing with chemical dependency or dual diagnosis.

CAC-AD, LCSW-C, or LCPC license required.
