Your Role With Us:
Registered Nurse- Urology Clinic
This role involves comprehensive patient care across assessment, planning, intervention, documentation, communication, and leadership. Nurses perform accurate, age-appropriate patient assessments, consider medical and social histories, and evaluate educational needs. RN's in this role also use their skills and knowledge to develop and adjust individualized care plans that address holistic, age-specific needs while coordinating with healthcare teams and families.
Intervention is central, with nurses delivering evidence-based, culturally sensitive care, prioritizing patient needs, and intervening in emergencies. Accurate documentation of care and education ensures continuity and compliance. Strong communication facilitates collaboration and proactive problem-solving. As frontline leaders, they engage in unit improvement, mentor team members, and uphold safety and regulatory standards, supporting a positive and effective clinical environment.

ADN- Associate of Nursing Degree Required
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations:
Registered Nurse - Current unencumbered licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon is required.
BLS required within 30 days of hire.
Experience

One (1) year of nursing experience required.
Special knowledge, skills, & abilities
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and use professional judgment in emergencies.
Must have basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
Ability to serve as team leader.
Ability to communicate clearly and constructively - written and verbal. (Legible handwriting, accurate spelling, clear enunciation, well-modulated voice)
Must have organizational and delegation skills. Ability to work alongside or in conjunction with Interpretive Services.
