Horario: Primer turno
Salario: $12.00 por hora
Responsabilidades:
+ Creacin de extensin-creacin de materiales a travs de Flow
+ Seguimiento a cierre de tareas y activacin de materiales
+ Seguimiento a creacin de rdenes de compra y confirmacin de fechas de llegada a planta
+ Envo de Docusign a proveedores y seguimiento a recepcin de los mismos para alta/modificacin o reactivacin de vendors
+ Solicitud en SAP para alta/modificacin o reactivacin de vendors por Company code y purchasing organization
+ Seguimiento a mails sobre facturas bloqueadas
+ Investigacin en SAP sobre estatus
+ Escalacion de los casos a AP para pago o compradores segn aplique
Habilidades y experiencia
+ Estudiante en Practica (3 aos o ms en BA Ingeniera y Administracin de Empresas y Finanzas)
+ Certificado de Buena Conducta
+ Manejo de Excel, Power Point, y Microsoft Apps para generar reportes y dashboards
+ Idioma Ingls/Espaol

*Pay Details:* $12.00 per hour
