In the role of Chief of Staff / Orchestrator, you will facilitate the business strategy implementation. Contributing from conception to realization, you will also align the strategy to the overarching company objectives. You will ensure all components of the company operate without friction, asking questions to promote creative thinking in removing roadblocks. You will support the leadership team by equipping them with the tools, resources, and guidance to manifest their best performance. Fostering healthy cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving, you will directly influence and lead others to create a positive, nurturing environment for the company to grow and thrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities of our Chief of Staff / Orchestrator include, but are not limited to:

Team Facilitation: Harness the strengths and expertise of the leadership team, supporting their alignment with the company's values, mission and goals. Contribute to cultivating an environment where each member is motivated and empowered.

Operational Oversight: Regularly evaluate and optimize business operations. Identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies and address them proactively with the leadership team.

Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the Strategist and leadership team in setting business strategies. Ensure the entire organization is aligned and equipped to execute these plans. You will free up the Strategist to focus on the bigger relationships, opportunities and the future direction of the business. You will also be willing to jump in, roll up your sleeves and help the leadership team to accomplish their objectives when necessary.

Financial Health: Monitor the company's financial performance. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure profitability and financial stability.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a bridge between the leadership team, stakeholders, and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, including a proficiency in communication and business technologies. Encourage and act on feedback from the organization.

This is a full-time, hybrid position operating out of the Pasadena, CA location. *

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

5+ years of experience in a similar role for a $200M+ revenue business (100+ employees)

Demonstrated experience in a similar Chief of Staff / Orchestrator or high-level managerial role

Experience with P&L responsibilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

4-year degree

Preferred

Experience working in a technical organization

Desired

EOS or Pinnacle experience

Healthcare industry experience
