Assists residents in their activities of daily living tasks as needed and directed.Responds to resident needs promptly, while maintaining each resident's self-respect, dignity, safety and confidentiality.Documents actions by completing forms, logs, and reports.
Uses universal precautions and follows established policies and procedures.Maintains a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.Updates job knowledge by participating in training and educational opportunities.Qualifications:
