Certified Medication Technician CMT

Windsor Place Senior Living in Urbandale, IA, is seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team.
In this role, you will provide essential care and medication administration services to our residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Position Details:
• Status: Full-Time, day-shift
Responsibilities :
• Safely prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, mobility, and meals, as needed.
• Provide compassionate care and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and ensure compliance with all state and facility regulations.
• Support the nursing staff with additional tasks to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications :
• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of Iowa.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or senior living environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
