Your Role:
We are excited to announce immediate openings for safety-oriented, customer-focused Transport Drivers. If you're looking for a fulfilling career with a renowned company, this is your opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a tanker truck (11,400 gallon capacity) to pick up propane from supply points (refineries, pipelines, storage facilities) and deliver it to AmeriGas facilities.
Complete 4-5 deliveries daily, averaging 500 miles, and work up to 14 hours per day.
Spend approximately 80% of your time driving or waiting to load/unload.
Conduct twice-daily inspections of the truck.
Handle terminal hoses for loading/unloading propane efficiently.
Climb ladders at AmeriGas facilities to check gauges on bulk tanks (as needed).

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of tractor and trailer driving experience, totaling at least 200,000 miles.
Preferred 1 year of tanker experience within the last 3 years.
Must hold Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
Eligibility for a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC).
No accidents in the past 3 years.
No more than one moving violation in the last 2 years.
