CDL A Local Truck Driver - Night Shift - Great Pay

Join our team as a Full-Time Local Truck Driver! In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering palletized freight to various dealerships and stores in the area.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A driver's license.
• 3 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
• No open violations with the Clearing House.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

This is a touch freight position, and we provide a manual pallet jack for your convenience. You must be able to work during late evenings, overnight hours, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay of $230 per day, for a 5-day work week (approximately $1,150 weekly gross average).
• 1099 contractor status, paid weekly via direct deposit.
• Guaranteed home daily.
• Monday through Friday schedule, with weekends off.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Using the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) correctly for pre and post-trip inspections.
• Ensuring safe and on-time deliveries to customers.
• Scanning freight with provided scanners for deliveries and returns.
• Communicating in real-time with dispatch and safety personnel.
• Completing paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Maintaining professionalism and courtesy with all customers.

All our commercial vehicles are equipped with advanced safety technology for monitoring performance.

Position Requirements:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and have a clear criminal background for the past 7 years.
• An unexpired DOT Medical Certification card.
• The ability to operate a 53' Class A truck loaded with freight.
