The Career Navigator - Nursing role guides and supports nurses through various states of their careers and facilitates smooth career transitions to empower nurses to achieve their professional goals.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree requires. BSN or other Clinical Degree preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Nursing license or Certification in Career Counseling or Coaching preferred. 3. Experience: Two years of formal career coaching or related human resource experience preferred. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
