Under the general direction of the Program Manager, Print Services, the Printing Plant Superintendent plans, organizes, and directs the Digital Print and Mailing Services(DP&MS) unit. All duties performed will be accomplished following the guidelines of the Department of General Services (DGS), Office of State Publishing (OSP) operations manual directives of the Government Code, CA Code of Regulations, and State Administrative Manual.

This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.
