Our Associate program is a paid opportunity that allows participants to contribute to the organization's success while at the same time applying learnings from the classroom. This semester we will continue with a hybrid program and will offer each participant the opportunity to gain in-office experience for approximately 3-days a week. Associates are responsible for their individual transportation and housing needs.
All Associates are expected to work 24-29.9 hours a week during the session. While each Associate will be working with a specific division, they will have the opportunity to learn about other areas within Excel, through lunch and learns held throughout the semester.
Our Spring Program runs from Monday, January 13, 2025 through May 2025.
Office Hours:

9:
00 am‐6:
00 PM PT, Monday-Friday OR as agreed upon with advisor. Days in office must be coordinated with Advisor's schedules.
Our Associates must:

Be available to work under 30 hours per week.
Be available to report to the West Hollywood office approximately 3-days a week.
Have a senior standing in college (must have completed your junior year of undergrad)
OR
Be enrolled in a graduate school
Have a bachelor's or postgraduate degree.
Interview Process:

Applications will close on November 15 th , 2025
If selected, the expectation is that offers will be extended end of November.
The program will begin on January 13th, 2025.
Responsibilities:

Assists in brainstorming potential marketing ideas for clients.
Assists in the execution of clients' marketing and community relations projects (i.e. charity events, production shoots, camps, etc.).
Assists in updating and maintaining current client information (i.e. past marketing deals, player interests, social media analytics, press kits, etc.).
Assists with client concierge requests (i.e. flights, restaurant reservations, housing, etc.).
Assists in marketing team's research of relevant industry trends and brands.
Collaborate with other departments within Excel to support clients' marketing endeavors.
Works alongside Agents and Marketing Managers in gathering materials for recruiting meetings and sales pitches.
Will gain valuable insight on how Excel's marketing department is structured and how it operates internally and externally.
Will have access to the Excel team for industry advice and learnings.
May occasionally be assigned projects outside the Marketing group to gain exposure to other divisions within Excel.
The pay for this position is:
$19.65 per hour. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the California and New York City Salary Transparency Law.
