An established practice in a coveted community in the San Francisco East Bay is adding to its primary care team in Antioch, CA. Experience a true work-life balance with flexible schedule options. Family Medicne Physicians or Internal Medicine Physicians are encouraged to apply.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

Up to $320,000 base salary
Up to $250,000+ in recruitment incentives
See a max of 18-20 patients per day
100% outpatient (option for newborn rounding + intermittent hospitalist shifts)
Immediate leadership and precepting opportunities
$10,000 for relocation assistance
