We also recognize the need to balance work and family life, so our fulltime physicians are only scheduled 4 days per week; and we also provide generous paid time off. The salary range for this position is $315,000 to $375,000 depending on experience and training. Shareholder opportunities are also offered to our hardworking and clinically strong physicians.
