Position Overview
Join our team as a Class A driver for dedicated reefer freight. You'll be transporting goods between distribution centers in California, Utah, Washington, and Oregon.
Key Benefits

Responsibilities
Transport preloaded freight from Lathrop and Fresno.
Handle a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload deliveries.
Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
Compensation
Weekly Pay: Average between $1,500 - $1,750+.
Starting Pay: $0.60 - $0.70 CPM, based on experience.
Weekly Mileage: Drive 2,800 - 3,000 miles.
Benefits: Full benefits available after 30 days.

Qualifications
Experience: 3 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 12 months (excluding training time) or 1 year in the last 5 years.
Driving Record:No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months.
No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months (e.g., speeding 15+ over, reckless driving).
No more than 1 DOT recordable preventable accident in the last 2 years; no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
Employment History: No more than 4 jobs in the last 12 months; must not have been let go for safety violations.
Drug Testing: Must pass a hair follicle test for orientation. No history of failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests.

This is a no-touch freight position.
