DescriptionAs the Technical Project Analyst, you will assist staff in development of engineering project plans, ensure the plans are robust and current through analysis with staff, conduct amalgamation and analysis of the project schedules, and develop reports as requested.
You will work with the Engineering Senior Leadership Team to conduct scenario analysis and reprioritization management.
You will coach engineers of all experiences to provide your experience and knowledge of handling difficult challenges to projects and their schedules.
These are the day to day responsibilities of the Technical Project Analyst:
Supports the Director/Sr.
Manager by providing key project support to address issues as part of a team of engineers and management professionalsWorks closely with staff to drive complex project timeline assignments by publishing key deliverable schedules and helping to reduce roadblocks to executionProvide key staff training and support on developing project timelines in SmartsheetEnsures all data for assigned projects is entered promptly in project monitoring systems and ensures this data is always up to date and accurateCommunicates regularly to leaders through automated reports and toolsWorks with other analysis to implement, improve and automate reporting using Microsoft Power Suite of tools, including Project Online and Smartsheet(preferred)Assist in the technical process of securing outside vendors as needed for development of tool set for project analysisThe technical Project Analyst should have the following characteristics, background and skillset:
Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years in the engineering project management fieldVigorous attention to detail with demonstrated strategic thinking and planning skills requiredDemonstrated interpersonal skills including listening, written and verbal communication, with ability to clearly and professionally communicate with employees and leadership at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated project management skills and real-world experience managing projects to tight timelines and firm deadlinesExpert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Excel experience should include knowledge of:
pivot tables, formulas, scenario analysis and spreadsheet modeling.
Experience with Smartsheet Portfolios, Dashboards, Projects Plans and Resource ManagementA good sense of judgment, strong confidence and a high degree of confidentiality requiredTop 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
Demonstrated interpersonal skills including listening, written and verbal communication, with ability to clearly and professionally communicate with employees and leadership at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated project management skills and real-world experience managing projects to tight timelines and firm deadlinesExpert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project, and Office (emphasis on Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Knowledge of bio-pharma and drug product processes is desirableKnowledge of the combination products design control is desirableKnowledge of test methods and testing of combination products and their device constituentsMicrosoft Project Server skills using Resource Pool or other suitable enterprise project management tools with a resource component (Workforce, SAP PPM, etc.

Pay Range

$65- $70/Hr
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
