Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team, focusing on developing custom Salesforce solutions from scratch. This role emphasizes hands-on Salesforce development, including triggers, flows, and configurations, as well as the creation of new features and custom objects. The ideal candidate will have experience with Lightning, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and be adept at developing within Salesforce without requiring integration work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex coding, triggers, and flows.
• Implement and maintain Lightning components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Create new features and custom objects to meet evolving business requirements.
• Perform functional testing, including end-to-end testing of workflows, data, and flows.
• Ensure Salesforce workflows operate correctly and meet acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with other teams on general cloud knowledge (GCP configuration is managed by another team).
• Work on out-of-the-box solutions while handling many custom objects.
• Ensure development meets quality standards and business requirements through testing and functional validation.
• Develop within Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance existing functionalities.
• Provide insights into integration work (though integration tasks will not be required in this role).
Required Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex coding, triggers, flows, and configuration.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Ability to develop custom objects and features from scratch.
• Experience with functional testing to validate workflows and ensure data accuracy.
• General understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with complex Salesforce workflows and business processes.
• Familiarity with integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certifications:
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) are a plus.
